Service Writer PA

Responsibilities

Check in daily delivery of suspension
Work with customers to discuss their suspension needs and record information onto a work order
Create cost estimates for work in the shop
Convey all necessary information regarding costs, parts and scope of work to customer
Order parts for jobs in process
Check in and put away parts
Invoice, collect payment and ship suspension

Requirements and Skills

Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Excellent attention to detail
